Dr Mark Byrne, B.Dent.Sci., B.A., TCD.

Dr Byrne is the principal dental surgeon and qualified from Trinity College Dublin in 1984. Having research experience and published articles, he has a strong interest in all aspects of dentistry , which is supported by membership of London Post Graduate Study Groups and having held attachments at Guys Hospital. He also has a degree in Dental Materials Science.

Dr Byrne has been principal dental surgeon since 1987 at Cherry Trees Dental Practice and is a strong believer in prevention. His experience and training has culminated in being Denplan Excel Accredited.

Mr J Tighe MBBS, BDS, FDSRCS, FRCS (OMFS)

John is a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon based at the Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead, and has a subspecialty interest in the management of oral cancer.

He is widely experienced in all aspects of oral surgery and has particular interest in dental implantology and surgical dermatology.

John qualified as a dental surgeon at Bristol University in 1986 and then qualified with honours from St Bartholomew's hospital following his general medical training in 1995.

He lives in East Sussex and attends the practice on a regular sessional basis providing consultations and treatments.

Dr Andrè La Grange. B.Medsc. BChD. Dip Odont
(Oral Surg)

Andrè qualified as a dentist from the University of Pretoria (South Africa) in 1991. After working in the NHS for two years, he returned to his alma mater to lecture to undergraduates in Oral Surgery where he also conducted research and published articles on this topic. After gaining valuable experience in all aspects of Maxillo-Facial and Oral Surgery, he returned to general dental practice where he developed a special interest in rotary endodontics with modern obturation techniques and aesthetic restorative dentistry.

Andrè is an active member of various associations, including the British Dental Association, the Association of Dental Implantology, the Academy of Osseointegration and the British Society for Restorative Dentistry.
